Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging (if applicable).
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Products that are damaged by the customer or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another agreed refund method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
